Yes, delivery of your product is an option. It is a complimentary service only available within the St. Louis area.
Q. Can I pick up my order?

Q. Why can’t I enter 2 Promo Codes at checkout?
We only allow one coupon code per purchase. We reserve the right to end any promotions at any time.
After payment has been processed you will receive a verification email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number after 2 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still have not received a tracking number, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Orders placed from Friday after 5PM CST-Sunday will not get shipped out until the following business day.
Q. How long does it take to ship my purchase?
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours. For local (Saint Louis, MO) customers you may choose our Free Local Pickup option. All items are 100% on hand and available for same day pickup. To set up pick up option, enter the Promo Code, Pickup, at check out. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
Q. Can I exchange my purchase if I am unsatisfied?
Yes, if it is for a different color or size you can submit an exchange. It must be within 7 days of receipt and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Your item must be in the original packaging and unused. Customer must contact Goody 2 Shoetique before and exchange can be accepted.
Q. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 7 days from receipt. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused with item tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore will be sent back to the customer. This includes shoe boxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for if the item must be returned due to fault of Goody 2 Shoetique.

Q. Can I get a refund on SALE items?
SALE items are final sale. We will not offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on SALE items.

Yes, we have 3 ordering methods that you can choose from: Internet, Phone or Cash on Delivery.
Cash On Delivery (COD)!!! This new payment option allows you to pay cash upon delivery in just 3 easy steps.
* We value our customers’ time and ask the same in return. Goody 2 Shoetique reserved the right to cancel any COD order after failed attempts to collect and deliver. If you need to reschedule payment and pickup please contact us at your earliest to avoid order cancellations. If your COD order is cancelled due to improper communication you will be asked to make all future payments online before delivery again.
Q. I placed an order over the weekend; I did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number.
For order confirmation please check your junk/spam folder. Orders placed from Friday after 5PM CST- Sunday will not get shipped out until the following business day. Tracking information will be sent via email. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update so keep an eye on tracking link. If you still have not received your tracking or confirmation via email within 2 business days
